Birth Order

Do you think birth order is an important factor in shaping personality? Why or Why not?

Birth order is as important as gender and almost as important as genetics. It gets back to the old nurture vs. nature business. For instance, no many children have the same set of parents, even if they live in the same family. Why? Because the nature is not whole thing that influence to personality. Parents are different with each of their children, and no children ever take the same role. Because of their different role, in spite of they grow together, they have other personality. Firstborn could have more responsibility and duty to care of their siblings. Other children do not have to have it like firstborn have. Whereas, the second to lastborn children have another characteristics unlike firstborn. These characteristics about each born order tend to same as all over the other culture. Definitely, there are similar stereotypes about personality when people know which order they are.

  1. Hansol,

You need to provide examples for every major point in your paragraph. You talk about characteristics, but you don't provide information about what those characteristics are. Examples! Examples
